Buildora Builders was founded in 2026 by Zain Khan — a civil engineer who spent over a decade on construction sites before starting his own company. That field experience spans high-rise buildings, roads, sports infrastructure, structural works, airports and bridges.
The idea behind Buildora is simple: mid-range construction projects in India deserve the same planning discipline that large EPC firms bring to mega-projects. That means BOQ-driven costing, DPR/WPR reporting, and baseline tracking — not just promises and approximations.
Every project is planned, tracked and delivered with the transparency and rigour that clients expect but rarely receive from contractors in the mid-range segment. Construction planned to the day. Delivered to the spec.

Before founding Buildora, Zain delivered projects spanning 6 construction sectors — gaining the field expertise that now drives every Buildora project. His approach is simple: plan rigorously, execute precisely, report transparently.
