1. Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, city, project type, budget range and project details. We do not use cookies for tracking until you explicitly consent via our cookie banner.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used solely to respond to your project enquiry, prepare quotations and communicate about potential construction projects. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. WhatsApp communication
Our contact form sends enquiries via WhatsApp (wa.me). By submitting the form, you consent to receiving a response via WhatsApp on the number you provide.
4. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 for anonymized website usage statistics. Analytics cookies are only activated after you click Accept on our cookie consent banner, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
5. Data storage
Enquiry data is processed through WhatsApp and stored in our secure Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with Row Level Security. We retain enquiry data for legitimate business purposes and delete it when no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Under the Information Technology Act 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact us at info@buildorabuilder.com to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We implement Row Level Security (RLS) on our database, JWT authentication for admin access, HTTPS encryption and security headers (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, X-XSS-Protection) on all pages.
