Methodology
How we execute
At project start, we build a project schedule with WBS, activities, logic links, durations and resource loading. This baseline is locked. Progress is captured daily (DPR) and consolidated weekly (WPR). Earned Value metrics (SPI, CPI) are calculated monthly. Deviations trigger recovery schedules.
