How we execute
Every building project begins with a detailed BOQ and project baseline schedule. We deploy site engineers with daily progress capture (DPR) and weekly consolidated reporting (WPR). Quality checkpoints are embedded at each structural milestone — pour cards, cube testing, rebar inspection — ensuring zero rework.
